I'm in a play right now, and I have a crush on one of my castmates. When he talks, he's one of the funniest guys I know. He's also intelligent, attractive, and by all accounts a great actor. The problem is when he doesn't talk. Sometimes when the cast gets together, he keeps his head down and doesn't say much.
My question is, how do you ask a shy guy out? Do you wait for him to make the first move? I don't want to scare him by admitting my feelings. What do I do?

Be humble, truthful and state it just the way you did here:Tell him you think he's funny, intelligent, etc. Ask him if he'd like to go somewhere or do something after rehearsal! Signed, shy guy.

If he's that shy I would just try talking to him. If he seems interested ask him out. The quiet guys are the best ones!

I think the bast thing to do is get to know a little better then see how it go,s from there if you Still want to ask him then go ahead ask him you'll never know tell you try so ask him out and good luck with that kiddo

First of all. You are a good person to see him not as afreak but a shy person who just needs to talk a bit. Become his friend, go from there.

the same way as with anybody else....you gotta be a little bold --make the 1st move....GUYS LOVED TO BE ASKED OUT!
