Short answer, no. There wouldn't be room for a replacement to fit perfectly. How many crooked teeth do you have?
One or two or your whole mouth?
It really makes a difference when trying to answer your question.

This leaves open a lot of variables. It depends on your budget, your articulation, your bone levels, how many teeth are crooked & at what angles, how many are already missing, the look you would like to acheive & in what realistic time frame? To have straight teeth out of crooked ones you can veneer, composite fill, bridge, partials, dentures, braces, possibly invisalign braces (which is more for teeth that don't need major shifting), implants, or maybe a combo of some of the above. It's best to consult with a dentist in your area to decide what treatment plan is best for your mouth & budget.

Yes, dentist would probably do veneer teeth on you.. Cost about $800 a tooth You would then have perfect straight teeth. Do you ever watch Extreme Makeover? They do that all the time and people with horrible teeth end up with movie star teeth. Pretty nice but it cost

BEATRICE,
WHEN WAS YOUNGER, I HAD A CHOICE.TO USE RESTORATIONS TO ALTER MY SMILE OR ORTHODONTICS.
I CHOSE BRACES AS A DENTAL STUDENT THEN, AND I'D DO THE SAME THING TODAY.
TO DO WHAT YOU SUGGEST WOULD REQUIRE QUITE A TASK AND EXPENSE. YOU'D BE TALKING ABOUT IMPLANTS. IN ORDER TO LITERALLY PUT IN A TOOTH.
ON A COST LEVEL PER TOOTH TO COMPLETELY REPLACE A TOOTH A FIGURE OF $3,000 (us) IS CONSERVATIVE. WITH BRACES YOUR OWN TEETH ARE USED, AND THE CROOKED TEETH ARE REARRANGED.

It would be too costly to replace all the crooked teeth and dental insurance maxes out fairly quickly. Have you ever researched braces--the invisible kind? Many adults wear them.

I would go for the braces to have them straightened. Getting a tooth pulled or even having a tooth implant hurts like hell. I had a tooth implant and they have to drill a metal thing into your jaw and then let it heal for about 6wks and then a fake tooth will be screwed onto it. So, go for the braces please, dentists will opt for this anyway.

normally braces are used to straighten teeth. at times they will remove a tooth here and there to allow the other teeth to pull together better.
at times they will remove teeth and replacement with fake permanent teeth that are screwed into your jaw bone if unable to be straightened.
