Here goes...

Start with a real hard "S;" then "paw," then "knee," finally: "ole." Pronounce these words as if you were speaking good, old American English.

Run it all together rapidly: "S-paw-knee-ole." Practice it and soon it'll be natural: "Español."

the line above the n is called a tilde. YOu pronounce that letter like "ny". So you pronounce Espanol, which means Spanish, ES-PON-YOL.
