A mole is an area of discolored skin (an accumulation of melan) and if removed will not usually regrow. However a wart is different, it extends above the level of the skin and may look rather like a 'blackberry' but may be fleshcolored or just slightly different from surrounding skin. Warts are viral and tend to regrow but they can be removed by laser or by the application of a liquid to the wart itself (the drug is made from the root of the may apple and is called Podophyllum). Plantar warts are best treated by a physician.

It's something you should really have done by a dermatologist. If you try doing it yourself, there is a really good chance that (1) you will bleed A LOT, and (2) that it probably will grow back because you have to get all the way down to the root to completely get rid of it. I know, I've just had 5 removed. Two from my face and three from the back of my neck. Not to mention, they use Lydocaine and it doesn't hurt - and they have them biopsied to check them for cancer.

It could because pulling or cutting it off usually leaves the root of the mole behind.

First of all, you should never pull or cut off a mole. Infection, loss of blood, etc., could happen. You need to have a dermatologist take it off.

A mole should be surgically removed, to get the root and have it sent for pathology. You should never try to remove moles on your own, it can change and turn into something sinister.

Most liekly yes, but it may look different. Flat moles come back much more than moles that are attached by a small piece.

If you keep at it, it will eventually scar that's what I did to mine. I used fingernail clippers to clip it off. I have had success getting ride of a small wort looking thing by carving it out till you see white puss thing and then burning it for as long as you can. Good ol' masochism where would I be without you?

Do not mess around with moles!!! See a doctor to have them removed, and even then they can come back.

cut it off with sterilized razor... Then clean the wound really good with alcohol and bleach solution. Never go to a dermotologist - they charge to much money for something you can easilty do yourself.. Doctors are the biggest rip-offs... Don't listen to the woman on here - they just want you to spend money and act like a sissy..
