CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR, USUALLY THEY SAY TO DRINK A BEER IF YOUR BODY IS LACKING SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN GET FROM BEER. ALWAYS CHECK WITH A DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING. YOU CAN RUN INTO TROUBLE IF YOU DRINK TOO MUCH BEER. YOU COULD BECOME AN ALCOHOLIC. I KNOW BECAUSE MY HUSBAND DID AND ALL HE EVER DRANK WAS BEER.

If the beer is made from natural hops, meaning they have not been chemically or genetically modified, then yes. However, this is in moderation...it shouldn't necessarily be consumed daily, unless it is a very small amount.

Dry red wine is much better for you and should be consumed once a day.

Beer is not healthy at all. Alcohol is certainly not good for your system, and so is beer. Beer contains a lot of carbs that can be a little overwhelming for a daily dietary intake. However, if you feel as though you need to drink beer, I can say one a day is just fine.

If you want a healthier intake on alcoholic beverages, you should try red wine. It's known for it's antioxidents.

no it isn't healthy for you. Water is the best thing to drink and the occasional glass of cranberry juice.
