okay sweety..... My daughter is 14 years old also and has dyed her hair twice. First of all when your grandma says that you may be lacking vitamin E in your diet and you say that you don't diet....she just means that you are not getting it in the food that you are eating now. Your daily diet is just your food intake it doesn't mean that you are actually on a diet. Vitamin E is a good vitamin for your skin and your hair. It's in all the veggies that you eat. Especially the green ones! You have to eat those salads my friend! You lose about 100 hairs a day in your brush. I would dye your hair back to it's natural color and keep it that way. If your hair is shiny and sleek then it sounds healthy. When you should worry is if you can see your scalp or others start to mention it to you or if your hair looks dry and lifeless and you feel the same. Then I would see a doctor. Your hair sounds healthy to me, Girl! Shiny and sleek like my daughter's hair. Don't worry and don't worry about what these other people say! Just be 14 and have fun.

If you have dyed your hair that much then it is probably the reason you hair is falling out unless you are eating a vegetarian diet and/or eating too much soy.

Eating soy can make your hair fall out if you eat too much of it.

It happened to me and it has taken months after I stopped eating soy products for my hair to start growing back.

It is normal to lose up to 100 hairs per day. If you are experiencing more it could be a form of alopecia.
I have the same problem. You should see a dermatologist.

well it sounds to me as if your hair is damaged. When you dyed your hair, maybe you dyed it too close to the scalp, which can damage your scalp = hair loss.
