This all depends on what type of guy you are kissing. You have to pay attention to his reactions to things you do. Everybody likes different things and will do different things in return. For a general rule make as much body contact as possible without invading his bubble (once again his reaction to u being that close).

Personally I like anywhere, and I mean ANYWHERE:Kiss the neck, rub the chest, grope, etc. Kinda mimic his actions. When he gets more intimate, you do to, but do whatever fits you best.
