too childish...maybe she's just confused about his feelings for you...overwhelmed that she has found something so good to be real...

if you're serious with her...i say talk to her and give her some time to think it over...but please not too long, there are a lot of girls out there who will be so glad to take you in..

I use to find myself in your shoes all the time. I feel for you brother! I think women need to wake up and smell the coffee! Or not. If they dont want a nice guy around, then they need to stop telling guys to be gentlemen and complaing that there are no decent guys left. The reason there are no decent guys left is because 1.) there really are very few decent guys.
and 2.) Cuz the few decent guys that do exist, are turned in to hardned *** holes after being treated like crap by women.
Im sorry dude but you have two choices.
Either continue in your nice guy ways, in hope of finding the good girl. Which I think would be very admirable of u to do.
Or just drop the whole nice guy crap and become a full fledged *** hole. Like me! Im telling you man it works. The only down side is that the girls you will be pulling in, wont be the nice girls next door type.

It could mean that the guys she is use to have all treated her badly to the point that she thinks that is the norm. Then you come along and she has no idea how to react. It also could be the kiss of death for your relationship.A woman is attracted to the bad boy.I'm not saying it is right...just a fact. You may scare her off being sooo nice so ease up a bit. Don't be so predictable etc...Good luck.

That simply means that she's convicted of her own issues. She's not very nice on the inside - so she can't handle being around someone who is. Well, she's just not ready for someone like you yet - a GEM! Oh well, if you are such a nice guy - you've got to find a nice girl okay?

It means that shes messed up somehow. Really it does. If someone views niceness as a negative, then something is wrong. Either she feels that relationships should be negative, as in you should be mean, or that thats how she wants it. But porbably::::she is just making up bs enough to break up with you but still be able to take you back at will (not being mean in the break up, but dumping you anyway, later she could "adapt" to your niceness?" if its what she decides on)

Sometimes girls just like a little demanding in there life and dont want to be able to know that they can boss you around and you'll do everything they want. Dont change for her though cuz a good girl will appreciate it. Just dont let a girl tell you what to do but dont be mean either. Ya know what im saying ?

Just means your a "good ol boy". One way to try to prevent this in the future, without becoming a jerk, is to out of the blue grab whatever girl you're with, and kiss her really passionately, preferably somewhere public. It'll seem "scandalous", and let her know that you're not just any nice guy.

she doesn't know how to handle a nice guy. because she has had selfish lazy boyfriends and you like doing things for her and with her all the time you would rather spent time with her instead of your friends. which can tie up alot of her time and she is not able to be with her friends every one needs some space from there other half. and when they don't get that they start feeling suffocated and want to get away from that person.

Lots of reasons.
I've tried to break up with someone because he was too nice...He is too good for me, and I don't have enough to offer him in return. I felt like he could do so much better - I still do think it. Maybe your girlfriend thought and thinks this too.

That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I don't understand how women look past the nice guys - all I've ever wanted was a nice guy. Whatever you do, don't change your ways because of her.

I've done the same thing to 2 guys lately. believe it or not we also like the chase. But it could also be because she wants to deify her parents for some reason. And them liking you is not what she wanted.
