So there is this guy, and I really like him but the problem is, I don't want to like him anymore. Everytime I turn around I'm showing off for him or flirting but I stop when I realize it then tell myself he's not worth it! I'm so confused! Please Help! Anyone with similar experiences?

well you gotta think about the reasons you don't want to like him any more if hes done you wrong once hell do you wrong every time.if he didn't do you wrong to your knowledge still he did because boys know when you like them if he didn't like you back he should have confronted you instead of leading you on in ways.soon you'll start to think of his flaws and move on.good luck

Yes very similar.To cut a 4 year long story short,I just had to stop contact with him.It nearly killed me.I still think about him but I am also married and have a child.he moved 12 hours away and visits my friends every couple of months,but I have to force myself not to see him.He doesnt ring anymore.I told him that my marriage would be jeopardised if he returned,as we were very sexually attracted.....its so hard,somedays i want to run to him and leave everything behind,but he is not worth it.You just ahve to keep telling yourself that and realise what you do have.Dreams are a good outlet.Try to stay positive and then he will see that you dont need him and he can do all the chasing.Then if he is bothered enough to continue chasing you then maybe reconsider.My story is a bit different as I am married and could have cheated but held back.I am still aching inside and my husband isnt fully trusting of meyet,sorry to say though....you will never forget..............:)

That’s really hard, coz its nearly possible. Feelings are not in our control, otherwise, the whole world would be happy. Sometimes you just have to keep yourself busy, with other stuff. I know its hard..especially when you’re in love, but it really helps. The hardest part of the “getting over phase” is admitting that there was something there in the first place. So admit it to yourself, find the source, then finally try it. I’m confident, you can do it =)

The one thing that happens in our life is something or someone catches our attention. If there is no malice between two people why fight entertaining your mind. He may have all the wrong qualities you desire in someone...maybe he said something that did not feel right when said. All that does not matter. Live for life today....we all live without not enough distraction especially when it comes to flirting or just feeling fun within. To ask how can I forget......remember your life is short enjoy your moments.....the worst thing that could happen .......a life friend.....chin up !!!

hi,
actually i had the same problem. he was my first true love. we broke up but i still had feelings for him. i would be caught flirting with him constantly but i wouldn really realize it and just like you i stopped when i noticed it. So, with time you'll get over him. there will be another guy that you'll end up liking and so on...... try not to think about him if you can, just have fun in whatever you do

the guy I like ,he doesnt pay me any attention at all ,and i try to forget him,i want to!
but i donno,i feel it can work ..and we'll be perfect together,and he is a great guy

so why is it that you think he's not worth it?????is it cause he dosen't flirt back????? maybe you need to just stop trying to get his attention and just be yourself then he'll notice you more.....guys like girls that don't show them any attention
