U need to chill out and move on.
U dont own your girlfriend and u need to go out into the world and find u a younger athletic chic and forget about your loss.
OJs book aint worth a hill a beans.
Only tip u need is that statistics say there is 10 women for every man.....so why u whining about this one chic that could care less about u.

Let go of your hate and move on. Because she left you and what she said, you have succumbed to the fear of being inadequate and alone. Because you have not resolved this fear it has grown into anger and the drive to do something (the OJ reference) to cause as much pain to her as she has caused you. If you give in to hate and resort to violence against her you will spend your life in jail and suffer the entire time as someone's "wife" ...and if your lucky you have just one husband.
The best thing to do is find someone else. If you stay the nice guy and not become so hateful, then there is a good chance another girl will get interested. If you're worried about size, learn how to muff dive, learn to like it, and learn how to do it well. Then do it on her regularly. Fact of the matter is, the majority of women orgasm more from that then normal penetration. Women will tend to stick around a nice, decent looking guy willing to "dive" regularly. =P

and yea.. they will always be better looking, stronger and more endowed... same old line... the burn...
time too move-on kiddo... more too life then just her... go out and do something new... do you ski? now is a good time too learn.
night class? why not... cooking school? time to go... if you want to learn nothing from this just keep sititng infront of the t.v. and play video games.. if you want to grow... go....

if she can broke up with you than she is not worth hurting you .you should get a girl friend and move on and then see how she acts when she see's you with some one else it mite make her happy to see that you are not sade and you moved on or it mite make her want you back.
