Ur just humble, whats so wrong with that?! If u went over board by denying or trying to un-do the good things then u could b suffering from severe low self-esteem, but doesn't seem like it's that bad. Remember the meek will inherit the earth!

Every good and perfect gift comes from the Lord according to the Bible. God has given you your children because He found you worthy to raise them. If you aren't able to accept that gift because of things in your past then you haven't forgiven yourself of some sin. If God has forgiven you but you aren't forgiving yourself aren't you putting yourself in a position higher than Him? Think of it like that. It will help you get the focus off of yourself and onto Him where it should be. Of course we all could be closer to Him. It's noble that you are striving for that. God sees your heart and He knows your sincerity. If you talk to Him every day you are growing closer to Him even if you can't see that right now. God bless & keep you!

Your life is what you made it. But you feel guilty about what you yourself have accomplished?

And for anyone who tells me that the lord put children into their life, I reccomend you keep that unbelievable BS to yourself. I'd love to see you stand in front of a woman who has spent 10 years and $25,000 trying to get pregnant and tell her that the lord put those children into your life. You are so pompous I can't stand it.

Tell a child in Darfur who has lost her parents and a few siblings and uncles to war, rape, AIDS, and famine, that god took the time to help you get pregnant.. Christ.

It is true that we don't DESERVE any blessing God gives us, especially our salvation. But I don't think this should make us feel uncomfortable when God blesses us. It should make us even more joyful. Even though we don't deserve His blessings because of our sinfulness, we are covered with His blessings because of our relationship with His Son. The next time you look at your children rather than feel uncomfortable and unworthy, look unto God and praise Him for His love and kindness and pray that He continues to bless you and your family as you strife to be submissive to His will.

hi Craig. God is God Almighty, author of Heaven and Earth and Hell. you'd be sensible that He knows what's ideal for you and although you could ask Him for issues, He being honest Father who supplies purely reliable presents to His personal children, will purely provide you with in accordance to His will, and by no ability yours. so that you would possibly want to ask for most stuff yet God will purely provide you with what's perfect, and that is perfect in His personal eyes, no longer your human being. As you mature in Christ, you'll locate that the flaws that you ask GOd for will substitute. it really is a lot extra worthwhile for this life and next, to ask and search for after God Himself, His face, no longer His hand (reward). to understand God is to earnings of Him and finally be extra like Him. Jesus bless you. save chatting with God and sharing with Him. and do not forget to be silent and to take heed to also His suggestions, for He does communicate once you're quiet and having no demands.
