Maybe its something supernatural.. Don't know. But you need Jesus. Because he is the only way. We have sinned against almighty God, and deserve eternal punishment. When we turn away from sin, and give our lives to Christ, We will be saved. Also you will be freed from all these things you now face.

i have met a few sensitive and clairvoyant people who I am SURE could hear my thoughts. I could even hear theirs back but only like 10% as much. Not even sure how I worked out that ratio. Maybe the asking to answering ratio. I know there are people who would say I am crazy fro even believing in that. Its true though, and I have taken way too many science classes for my own good and am mostly VERY sceptical.

as for voices that hear your thoughts, not sure
maybe if you made a strong connection both ways then "voices might hear your thoughts"
if ya know who it is, time to seriously question what you have with them and if you like it, if they are using you and how.
Then either end it or study and grow with it.
Gut feeling will tell you I think.

I do not think this is normally possible. However, sometimes it seems that we can sense peoples train of thought in a general way. The voices that you hear could just be you talking to yourself without trying to [not out loud of course]. It may also be demons or God's Spirit talking to you. God knows what you are thinking and demons may be able to guess.

NO WAY -- NEVER -- unless you have lived with the same woman for about thirty OR forty years ---and even then you can just put tin foil in your favorite hat and she won't be able to hear your thoughts... use a davy crockett racoon hat with a foil liner ..that's the best to block out her listening waves___ OK___

If you say your thoughts out loud of course others can hear them. More often it is your body language that people actually pick up on.

if they are from inside your head then you need a Dr. but from the outside then could be spiritual or delusion. Sometimes others with a gift can sort of hear your thoughts.

others can only hear what you say with words or in deed.
"As a man thinketh,so he is"
They can't hear your thoughts, relax and think about good things.
