Ok well there is this boy I like and I think he likes me to b/c he's always staring at me and were both kinda shy so i've never talked to him. I he might know that I like him though. Anyways my friend went up to him and talked to him and he was like if she starts talking to me then i'll start talking to her. Does he want me to talk to him?

You obviously like him, whether or not it will become a good relationship who knows, but you like him and he probably likes you. You should deffinately talk to him and let him know how you feel, b/c why let what could be a great guy for you leave, just b/c he is shy. Sometimes the girl just needs to go for it, follow your gut. If he says no who cares you move on its life, go for it sweetheart

Yes, that is the hardest thing to do in a relationship but sometimes a girl has to do what a girl has to do. JUST WALK UP AND TALK TO HIM, simple as that. I know you get nervous everyone does, but you can do it. I know you can.
