In a very tense situation or dangerous situation, or competition, what can or how can u ask ALLAH SWT to pro?

لا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله (la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah)
In English, loosely: "There is no power or strength except with God"
This would be a good choice, there are many, Brother.
You should not ask Allah to help you succeed at a particular thing. It is God's will, not yours, that must be done. Rather ask God to help you have strength and to come through adversity without losing your faith.
