I hated the new film as well. it was awful. I think LOST IN SPACE'S charm was that is was produced on a shoe string budget with none of the showy graphics that the film had which the tv series had charm

Major West with a doubt! If you are interested, you can type in Megacon on yahoo and it will bring up the sci-fi convention page. You can click on Media Guest and Major West, Mrs. Robinson and the Robot, will all be at the 3 day convention in Orlando, FL in March. Mark Goddard, who played Major West is so down to earth and a joy to speak with.

Loved the TV show, Hated the film, I had to walk out of it, it was the bit with the girl wanting to keep the alien as a pet that was the final straw. My two favourites were Dr Smith and Will Robinson.

I loved Lost in Space, never missed an episode. My favorite was Dr. Smith and the Robot, "Danger, Danger Will Robinson". Great stuff.

I liked Dr Smith too. He was such a weasel.
I really hated the new film version though. I never think they manage to pull off the same feeling as the older versions.

The Keeper.... was my favorite character and of course the 2 part episode. Grow up with LIS, was 8 when it came on CBS, Los Angeles. I have written a few Fan Fiction stories; latest, The Trial of Dr. Smith. The movie.. well, words that come to mind; YUK... YUK... YUK, TRASH, Garbage... CRAP... It was BAD!

Without a doubt..I loved Lost in Space.
Loved all the goofy gadgets and the Robot--but had the biggest crush on Penny-since she is only a year or so older than me.

I loved Lost in Space. The newer one and the one that was on YEARS ago. I loved the robot when he flung his arms around yelling "danger". He was so cute.

Probably i remember the shows---he was on the feminine side of manhood--back in the 60's maybe the space programme wanted to rid him from earth and space was a good move. lamont ( scottish clan)
