I don't think there is a way to give an age. You are ready for kissing when you are mature enough to cherish it but not be carried away by it. If you are not mature enough the relationship could become completely physical which is detrimental for both parties and even worse if you become dependent on eachother. Kissing is a beautiful thing when you keep everything in perspective.

Holding Hands And Kissing Is being going on forever - as they say there is no exact age to fall in love but average canadian/american start about 13
But be careful for making out( sex) I hope that is what you mean ...I think the right age is 23

It really depends on the person & when he/she is ready. Holding hands can probably be anytime. I'd say kissing should wait until 14 or 15.

i am 13 and i have already kissed,and held hands and i think you do not have to be any age to kiss or hold hands you will know when you are ready.

hmm...well my first kiss was when i was in 3rd grade..lol..
how old are you?
id say you can hold hands anytime..its just holding hands...
and for kissing(like cheek and little peck kisses) id say like..12 would be a good age to start(lol)
and for making out...id say like..15 and up

I think people should be at least in their 20's. The way society is these days, people are having sex and having babies at like age 8! Not cool.

i think making out should wait until at least jr. high. just havin the first kiss i would say elementry after maybe 5th grade. but it all depends on the person's maturity level too
