That would depend on the type of stress. There are times that destroying something works very well. There are other times that a drive filled with road rage helps. It all depends.

Since I am an quiet person, I try to write out my thoughts and feelings. It helps me because at least everything is on paper and not in my mind. Or, I try to pray and talk to some higher power.

If things really bother me, I talk to a friend or trusted relative.

I use to drink. Now I don't. I use to smoke. Now I don't. I guess now I try to keep stress by not focusing on the stress. Let it go breath deep. Hey thats it Deep Relaxing breaths!

I go to the gym and take it all out on the weights.

I get some adrenaline going, and it pacifies my aggressive side (without destroying something or driving like i am insane) and no one gets verbally abused! (LOL)
