im from russia n i no how the datin stuff is there but how is it in america. i mean we r both 14 year old and we go to a restaraunt who has to pay? me for both or we each pay for ourselves? or how r we supposed to go soemwer i we live in the suburbs? ask our parents to drive us and just meet at the place?

At that age I would say you probably would both pay for your own unless for some reason she cant. Either have your parents drive you and meet there but I would suggest having your parent drive you there and pick her up and then drop you two off at the resturant.

For paying, if you are the guy it is polite to ask if
you can pay for her. She can accept and that is ok,
or she can pay half and that is ok. You always have the
problem that offering will get you yelled at by some girls,
but trust me, a girl who must throw it in your face and cannot
just graciously refuse is not worth seeing again. Offering
is the correct thing to do and she has the option. Either
way she doesn't owe you anything, either way is the
same.

depends on how well you like the girl. it's best so set up what you're going to do on the date in advance so she'll know what to expect. especially if you want her to pay some.
if you like her so/so: you both pay
if you don't know if you like her: you both pay
if you like her a lot: you pay
Either of the parents could drive you, you could take a taxi, or you two could just have dinner at the other's house. Make it a romantic dinner, and I'm sure it will be fine.

Hey, I think that each of you paying for your own would be good. If you go and it is her birthday, maybe you could pay and if your birthday, she can pay. If your parents would drive you and her, maybe your parents could take turns taking you both. I think going together is safer than meeting.

You are too young to be "dating", but you could meet somewhere like the movies or the park. It is best to go in a group, then it is understood that everyone is responsible for their own ticket. Hope this helps.

14 yrs old is too young to date anyway..If the parents drive you anywhere it is usually who invites...but if you agree to meet and each pay for your own way that is okay too....
