First if you have a boyfriend you should not be going out or spending time with another boy in such a way that he will get that impression. When you do that you cause problems for everybody concerned.
So there is nothing you can do about this boy's hurt feelings, but you can stop it from happening again. So if you do go out with another boy (for some reason), let him know exactly where he stand.

ohh my goodness.... I had that happen along time ago... I dated a guy in the service... but not a boyfriend never asked me i never said..... He Assumed... I would meet him at the club we would hang out and that was about it. Well i came to the club one night with a guy i liked and he asked me to be his girl and i accepted...thinking he would be happy turned out to be a mistake... he assume i was his... Well i had to lay the law down... He was broken hearted but he set himself up for it... We never kissed or anything.
