I can answer this because I have had plenty of boring jobs in my life:

1. Lack of attention
2. Lack of appreciation
3. Slow environment
4.Unfullfilled environment
5.Sense of a job instead of a career
6.Something you have to do to pay the rent
7. People around you are equally bored or boring
8. Not enough work to make the time go faster
9. Dull white or yellow lights and white plain walls
10. The sense of going in at 9 and leaving at 5
11. Lack of sounds, noise, music, or visual stimulation

These are the things I feel when I worked these dull jobs. Best thing to do is go back and major in something else and change it! Goodluck!

Because your job isn't interesting enough. If you loved your job, or had a job where you really felt like you were living your dream, the time would fly. You wouldn't even feel like you were working.

It feels like a chore and there are other things we would rather be doing.
