Is the Trost-Organ in Waltershausen, Germany one semi-tone higher than usual?

I was watching a video of an organist at the Trost-Organ and when he strikes a note, it sounds one semitone higher than it should be.

Video speed may not have been the same as when recorded, which would account for the anomaly. I doubt this organ would have been registered incorrectly.
