Why don't you try to start a conversation and talk to him if you haven't already... once friendly, ask him on a date or ask him if he wants to hang out with you (I guess the term you use depends on your age).
Let him know you like him, but just don't make it seem too overwhelming... for instance, smiling and flirting and touching his arm and stuff is okay. Confessing your every detailed feeling for him just after talking to him is not so okay. I'd wait alittle on that....

wen i really like a guy..before i approach him..i need to be sure weather he like me too..if yes then i think am i or him worth for each other..if yes..ii wait for him to xpress his feeling..if he is doin nothin..i tell him the truth.. BUT if im nt sure if he likes me..i c his character wheather is he approachable or not..if no.den i dun tell him..cz 4me frenship is valuable

First thing first, keep marriage off your mind. That can wait later if everything work out.
If it is meant to happen then everything will come in to play. If not then it is not meant to happen.

i start comversations, try and impress him, act sympthetic, be gentle, talk to him, look at him, say hi. that's what i do with this guy who i have a huge crush on. but, fortunately, i think he likes me too, because he does the same things with me!!

if you have, then you have to show your interest to him like pay full attention when he speaks, smile to him, laugh at his jokes, compliment his appearance, etc..

make it known, but in a subtle manner that you're interested. you don't want to appear desperate. there's nothing worse than a "lady" that throws herself at a man.
