I really like this guy in my math class, and he acts like he likes me too. Today we had to work on a worksheet and he asked me to be his partner. Then my other friend asked me to be her partner, so i said she could join us.
you could totally tell he was flirting with me so my friend goes, "Why don't you just ask her out? Your practically drooling over her! i mean look at you! your hair has got gel in it!!!!!!"
i turned bright red and didn't say another word for the rest of class. He seems to really like me but i don't know if i should just ask him out or if i should just wait it out and see if he asks me out. i don't want to have to wait too much longer because he is a junior (i'm a sophomore) and he will be going away to college in a year or so.
What should i do? please answer! i'm desperate!!!!!!!!

you should ask him out b/c girls are the ones usually that get asked out by the guys
but when a girl asks a guy out, it shows that you're mature and know what you want and plus, that guy will feel like a million bucks!
haha well at least i would if the girl i liked asked me out

Man you missed a perfect opportunity. Usually in a situation like that he likes you but he is not completely sure you would not reject him. You know when guys are young that confidence is not all that high yet so you gotta be very straight forward with makin with the hints. In that situation you could have said, " Leave him alone when he is ready to ask me out he will ask me and I will say yes. " Bammmm! There it is in his face you gave him his answer now all he has to do is ask...lol. Slick, huh? I know it is very straight forward but believe me if he ain't pulled the trigger yet he is gonna need some help. Now here is another way. When you guys makin with the eyes and flirting say something like....So (his name) you must have a girlfriend. To which he may reply, " Why? " and you will say, " Cause you have yet to ask me out. " If he freezes say so what time will you be picking me up?

well i think u should wait a little bit longer and then if he doesnt ask u out then talk to him about....also dont ever get desperate unless u can keep it under control b/c some ppl get really desperate to the point where they'll go out with anybody! and its not good...so be careful

tellem u like him... if ur friend said that in front of you both at the same time then hez proly a lil embarassed and is waitin for a response from you... hed still ask you out eventually when he cudnt stand waitn for a response, but it cud take a long while... so go for it! good luck and im sure itll work out gr8!

first of all pleanty of time, no rush-hes a junior, he has the rest of this year and next year, thats bout a year and 1/2
talk to him, see if he wants to do something out of school, just talk to him.
