I had my son about a year ago and lost most of my weight a few months after I had him, but the remaining 15 pounds. I exercise an hour a day (cardio, pilates, aerobics). I do not eat cakes, junk food, and not even much bread. I had tried cutting everything in half, did low carb for a while, weight watchers and nothing has worked. With all the exercise I do, my body is probably in better shape prior to being pregnant and before I was pregnant I was perfert weight 155 at 5'11. Now I am 170 and the scale won't budge. I do not know what else to do. Are there any diets out there that can help (besides starving myself)? I would like to lose this weight and keep it off for a bit before getting pregnant again. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Watch Calories. If you want to lose weight, keep your calories between 1500-1800 a day. Try really hard not to exceed 1800.
Eat a good breakfast. Fruit in yogurt, cereal, oatmeal..pick something healthy and fresh that will give you energy.
About 400-500 calories
Eat about the same for lunch
500 calories
Eat dinner no later than 7 and keep that at about 500 calories as well. Some great things to eat that have no calories are bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.
Drink a lot of water during the day to keep yourself full and hydrated. You may gain water weight at first, but don't worry about it. It will come off once your body is used to being hydrated regularly. When you start drinking more water than usual, your body just thinks it needs to store it. It will get it after some time.
Keep up the workouts too! One hour is excellent.

I don't have any set advice to give you, but maybe you should try some of these things. Take some Oolong Tea, about 2 or more cups, a day before you eat. Oolong isn't a miracle worker, but it does help with weight loss. I've come to enjoy my tea, just sweeten it with stevia. Also, have you ever tried the Cabbage Soup Diet? Not the healthiest thing to do, but it works and you will get a quick weight loss boost. It's not the best soup in the world and you WILL get sick of it, but you can eat as much as you want whenever you want. Other tips I would give you would be to go on a diet with a bigger intake of protein. Also, start doing some muscle building. You build muscle, you burn fat. Other than that, just keep at it and don't lose heart. Good luck!

I am currently on a natural and healthy weight loss plan and I have had great success as I have lost 30 pounds in just over 40 days. I did not skip meals or have to buy or eat special foods. I just simply added this plan to my life and I absolutely love the vanilla flavored ice cream shake that you drink with this plan. This plan does contain the Hoodia Gordonii for appetite suppression. I do eat fairly healthy most of the time like grilled / broiled vs fried, eat my veggies, fruits, salads but I have three children so we do hit the McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and other places pretty frequently but even then I am still loosing the weight. I have also added a natural and healthy energy drink into my life twice a day (8am & 1pm) and it has also made a big difference in my energy and in my health. Best of luck to you and I know that you can do it because I am doing it and I am 45 years old.

Try running outside on the roads/sidewalks. You could run in a park with your baby too. Running will make your legs stronger and help you lose weight.
