He may be willing to teach the Bible literally, and I can see where you would find that appealing in a preacher in an age where everyone seems to be making compromises. At the same time, however, I feel that some of what is preaches is not exactly Christ-like. For instance, he called Oprah Winfrey a "new-age witch," and for a time advocated that Pat Robertson be stoned as a "false prophet" for predicting that Bush would win the 2004 election. Looking at the Bible, I can't imagine Jesus would have ever done these things.
