First of all u gotto find out for sure if he really wants to break-off with you to keep u out of trouble. Then if that is the case, ask him to get into your shoes. If he it was u trying to leave him for something so small compared to the love that u guys share, what would he do and how would he feel? Tell him that you are with him for better or for worse and his opinion on the matter, really doesn't count much. lol.

This shoes that he truly cares for you and doesn't want to hurt you, even though that breaking up will be hard. I'd say just take a break, let things cool down and let him figure out his problems. Let him know that you will be there for him if he needs it. Hopefully everything works out with him being in trouble. And hopefully everything works out for you too.

If you really love him like you say you do... then plan something special you both have in common, or a romantic night that you both remember and can share a memory... then just tell him how you feel... That should build you some courage... Good Luck!!

What trouble is he in? You don't want trouble. There's plenty of "trouble" in life without getting, willingly into someone else's trouble

If he is truly trying to keep you safe...go along with him. If things straighten up then you can get back together...You have to let him do what he wants anyway...You can not hold onto somene that doesn't want to stay...........
