We have these cravings because we aren't giving our bodies enough good foods to keep it going at an even keel. Sugar makes us feel energetic for a short time and then the blood sugar drops and we feel lousy again, craving sweets again. Try eating breakfast every morning. Alwsys eat protein, P. butter, eggs, oatmeal, cereal with whole grains and fruit or juice and always try to get in as much fibre as possible every day. Take snacks of nuts and raisins with you to snack on. Prepare foods and have in the fridge to grab so you aren't tempted to grab a candy bar. It takes thought but it is worth it. The energy will last and the cravings will stop. No soda. Drink water, water and more water. Juices and milk too. But, have the good snacks, yogurt, apples, canned fruit, whatever you like ready to grab. This is all planned before the trip to the grocery store. Then prepare the snack veggies and then eat on them for the week. Good luck.

hey prego! go to a clinic and gat that growing fetus out of you before its too late. First time mothers take months to grow. stop going out with the stranger you met online and have sex with regularly. Otherwise, I like sweets, especially ice cream
