Everyone tries to give so much, but how come it doesn't make a difference?

I am not sure how charity monies received are dispense in the Philippines, but I am sure a large portion of the money might have gone to run and manage the organisation. It ends up probably with a small portion being handed out for the cause.

I won't say some money might find their way into someone's pocket instead of the needy - but this always come to my mind.
