Not much, I have a 13 year old Flame Point Siamese I have had since he was 6 weeks, and he was very slender as a kitten, as long as he does not look fat, he should be fine and you should not worry about how much he weighs, untill he is old, as a kitten, you probably don't know if he was the runt or the big boy/girl

A rough calculation when they are kittens is 100gm per week old.
May not stand true in all cases though.
