Well, since that decribes me, YES!! lol. Dark hair brings out the blue in eyes much better than lighter hair.

to some ppl it mgiht be but to others it may not be... physical attributes arenty all that makes someone attractive more often than not whats on the inside makes someone more attractive then wats on the outaside...and by the way not caring what ppl think of yiu is more actracvtive to!
