Would you be angry if this happened a lot and you were not a little kid?

Let's assume you are not a trangendered or transexual person, or in drag, just in your everyday stuff and this happens more than a time or two.

Would you be ticked or amused or ?

It is rare that I make a post whose main purpose is not to entertain. However, I will in fact give quite a serious response. As a boy with long hair, I was often mistaken for a girl. Personally, I do not like being annoyed by anything, so I would try to find humor in their incorrect conclusion. Sometimes, it involved saying something in a deep voice to them and walking away. Or, simply tell them that I was in fact, a boy, and they were in fact incorrect and I would give them a lecture on it for fifteen minutes (if I chose to spare that much time- it usually was only a three to eight minute lecture). Both these approaches, if executed successfully, make the offender quite embarrassed and feel very awkward, something which I delight in. The former is short and sweet; it conveys the message, and is the equivalent to telling someone "Owned" or "p4Wn3d" or whatever you whippersnappers say nowadays on the Internet. The latter takes more of an effort, and is much ruder. However, it makes the target extremely awkward, often not wanting to walk away (although the jerkier and shyer offenders frequently do), and so endure your rantings.
However, it can sometimes bring much frustration. No matter how much you try not to take offense, it will eventually get on your nerves. Especially under certain circumstances. Take this time when I went to movies. There was practically no one in this theater, except for me, the four people who worked there, and and old lady in the back row who either had fallen asleep or died. Anyway, attempting to use the "Men's Room", I was confronted by a woman (who worked at the theater) and she, probably due to a lack of the ability to resist taking full advantage of a living customer, had made it her mission to prevent me from using that bathroom. It took a full half and hour to persuade her that I was, in fact, NOT a girl.
I yield my time to the Chair.

Interesting question but virtually impossible to answer unless you have experienced life as a member of the opposite sex. I have often wondered what it would be like to be a woman instead of a man, especially what it is like to experience childbirth. Perhaps the power that created us should have taken that into consideration and had us spend part of our lives as a male and the other as a female (LoL). Now that would be interesting. I would assume that life would be much different if a male had been born a female and viceversa. There is one extremely basic difference between a man and a woman. That is a woman has to sit down when she goes to the loo but a man can stand up (LoL). As far as going to the loo is concerned I am constantly hearing women complain that men leave the seat up when they go, but I rarely hear a man complain when a woman leaves the seat down. (LoL) I hope this reply gives you a smile. Poseidon

I was mistaken for a guy when i was a teenager, short hair, tall and skinny. Jeans and baggy t-shirt. Not very good. I changed my look ever since, now i have long hair and i wear grils clothings as much as possible.

Why would anyone have a right to be angry about an honest mistake that other people make? If you don't like it, change your look.

I wouldn't be upset and let them know my sex... It's that simple... If someone is thinking your not a gender you are then tell them and they might be turned on by that... I know if I had someone do that to me, I know I would be but that's because I swing both ways...
