Check www.weidong.com. It's a joint Korean-Chinese ferry that goes to Qingdao and Weihai from Incheon. I took the ferry from Qingdao to Incheon this October. It's pretty decent, but there is only an hour for dinner and an hour for breakfast, both of which are served in one dining room. You need to have Korean won for the vending machines. Also, if you cannot speak Korean or Chinese you will have no clue what's going on unless another passenger translates for you, even though the website is in English, as well as, Korean and Chinese. Our trip took a total of 20 hours on the boat even though we were told it would be 13-14 hours. The lowest price ticket will put you in a large room with possibly 60 other passengers. Ask for a window berth since it gives you a nice view and a little bit of privacy, if you're economizing. It's not a bad trip, just long. If you're vacationing consider that the ferry will use up a whole days time. For a few hundred more yuan I could've had a day and half more in Seoul by taking the plane instead.
