There is really no such thing as a good or bad gym for everyone. Gyms simply offer different environments but most have the same basic core equipment for workouts. It is far more important for you to find a gym that has the atmosphere and fellow clientele that you are comfortable with so that you stay motivated and desire to go regularly. Many gyms here in the USA at least offer some form of a free temporary guest pass good for a few days, so that you can try working out there a few times before deciding if the gym is the right fit for you.

Is it far from Johor to Puchong?There is a gym there.There is no name for it.(it is in a badminton hall)The name of the badminton hall is Micheal's Badminton Academy.I go there to.On Saturdays.Some go on Sundays.I stay in Putra Heights so it is very near..

I LOVE the YMCA!! Out of all of the gyms I've been to, the YMCA seems to have the most people who are there just to work out and not show off. I feel very comfortable there.

As far i know the best gym is gold's gym but i will advice u not to go for machine ones the best thing would be if u van do free-hand exercise.for that u can buy any cd for aerobics.aerobics is healthy n the best exercise n u can also go for walking.

I like the YMCA! The Y has improved tremendously over the years. They have everything you'll need.
