I'm almost inclined to concur with puking and going to bed. You'll feel _horrid_, but I think that's to be expected with a kegger before a 6:30am wake-up.
You need a bit more than the 3 1/2 hours to sober up, too. Drink your fill early on, and switch to water around midnight. You'll still feel drunk at the party, but you'll feel so much better in the morning -- and be in much better shape to drive. Plus, if you go to bed reeling drunk, the quality of your sleep will be abysmal.
I doubt that one can get trashed and drive legally quite so soon afterwards. Hmm.
"How long does it take for alcohol to be out of my system?
Providing you have a healthy liver, it will take one hour for your liver to remove one unit of alcohol. So if you drink heavily in the evening you may still be over the legal drink drive limit the following morning. Only time can remove alcohol from your blood stream - black coffee, cold showers and fresh air will not sober you up."

Smoke a big, fat joint, and then when the munchies kick in, eat a pizza all by yourself. All of the alcohol will be absorbed by the food and you'll sleep well because you're high as a kite (at least for a few hours until you have to wake up).

Once the alcohol has passed into the blood, however, no food or beverage can retard or interfere with its effects. Fruit sugar, however, in some cases can shorten the duration of alcohol's effect by speeding up its elimination from the blood.

This will compound your problems, but....
Remember in the movie Scarface - what Pacino had stacked up on his desk in a mountain, and it looked like sugar?
Either that or eat yourself into oblivion around 10pm - eat around 50 large Pixi Sticks.
Both cases you'll still be drunk, but you'll be so jacked you won't notice.

Water, water, water. The only thing you can do is dilute the alcohol. Eating also helps. Pace yourself once it's midnight.
Coffee is a myth. It actually a diuretic, so it will dehydrate you more. It won't help.

I hope you are not going to drive to the airport. That would not be a good idea.

your best bet would be the smart thing and not drink in the first place. tell ur buds tthat you have to get up early and can't afford the chance of being in a hangover and missing your flight. they should understand. use ur better judgement.

The best way to sober up is to puke it all up then get a normal sleep. It works for me all the time. :)
