I am currently light brown headed, and wanted to try a deeper slightly darker brown to see how it looks before I permenantly dye, but am worried it will look bad with my light skin, so I want to be able to get it out easily if i dont like it. Any suggestions as to which product or methods i should use to temporarily die it?

get the dyes that only last about 8-12 washes. The ones that last 28 take forever to wash out and may take MUCH longer than the box says. Believe me, i have personal experience with the clairol natural instincts. It said it'd wash out in 28 days and never really did. I have fair/pale skin and don't worry it doesn't look bad with darker hair.

temp dye is nasty stuff as it will rub off on your pillow case and such but there is one walmart sold that was in a tall grey bottle, cant think of the name right now. why dont you try changing your hair color on the photo program on your comp, and see what it looks like, and if your skin is very light, you can go to an auburn and look like a natural redhead without it being way too red, my daughter does that, shes got slate blue eyes and freckles and everyone thinks shes a natural redhead.

i take advantage of a short-time period hair dye (is this what you meant?) and that i have a grey streak contained in the proper of my head. This short-time period dye (i take advantage of a colour called medium golden brown) stains this gray (very such as it would want to blondish streaks or highlights) and ought to improve off - it is going to under no circumstances wash out completely because of the mild colour of the hair. This for sure isn't a topic with the brown part of my hair even if it effective is with the grey streak. So, you're taking a huge probability.
