I mean, what's wrong with their natural color? And if they have to dye it, why blonde? Why not various shades of red or brunette?

I think that the media has brainwashed women into thinking that to be beautiful you have to be blond, it just goes with the stereotypes they try to spoon feed people. If you ever seem to notice redheads are always portrayed as ugly, awkward, weird(not the good weird) brunet ts can go either way sexy or mousey, and blonds portrayed as the pornstar-ish bimbos that guys are drooling over. and women for whatever reason feel that to be validated is to have men want them sexually.

well people LOVE the "california" beach babae thing. ereryone thinks being blonde make them look "younger" well im a natural blonde. people dye their hair so they dont show their grays also. and blonde is a great color. brunettes are the natural common color so being blonde make them rarer. but actually everyone dyes their hair blonde so its not rare anymore.

I'm sure black people, native americans, asians, and other races like to dye their hair blonde as well. I think a better way of asking is why do a lot of women these days love to dye their hair blonde? And because they feel like being blonde..WOMEN probably think that guys like blondes better.

That old thing... Blondes have more fun... whatever.
A lot of people do not understand what shades make them look their best... they are too obsessed with an ideal falsely created by media. The consequence? A bunch of really unnatural looking people.

I dyed my hair blonde because me and my sis both had dark hair and every1 said we looked a like so I decided on the oppose of what I had which was blonde! also if you like attention good way to get it. i actually hate attention but i hated people saying me and my sister were twins she is 2 yrs older.

Surely you've noticed that it's not just WHITE WOMEN who dye their hair blonde. All races and both genders are guilty.

Because they think its the most guy wanted hair color. Despite what any non lesbian girl says they do it to attract guys.
Whats stupid and they never realize is that guy like variety. There are guys who love redheads, brunettes and raven haired chicks. Even ones who like purple hair mohawks like mine.
Guys arent dumb they see dark roots and know they aren't blond and think vain girl.
