what i would do as a guy myself i would feel comfortable having you talk to him about and tell him how you feel and where your relationship is going if you decided to go out with each other

Give him a simple hug. Eventually he will get comfortable around you, unless hes actually embarrassed by you, and doesnt WANT to be with you, but is using you? I dont know the situation, but its a possibility that he is gay?

How do you know if he likes you?If he is too scared to say that he likes you then talk to him about how much you like him and he might say he likes you!
