I use beeswax to keep my hair together. Will it still lock if I use the beeswax?

The perm in my hair is meant to make curly hair straight, not straight hair curly.

the perm has caused a lot of damaged to your hair, even damaged you can't see. I wouldn't do the dreads. Your going to break and damage your hair even worse than what it is. You need to let your hair heal for a couple of months, before you put that kind of stree on the hairstrand.

No, because you will have to wait at least 6 months to a year to get dreads. That's because the perm will have grew out by then and that's when you can be able to get them.
