It seems like looks are the deciding factor, and not a person's confidence/personality. As many answers as possible would be great.

Confidence and personality matter to the right kind of people..if a girl only goes for looks and goes out with a complete idiot because he's ""hot" then she's obviously a bit of a loser! It's a combination of looks, personality and confidence.
But trust me, confidence is a big factor!

Looks are the initial factor, but personality and confidence are always superior. The guy might be the hottest thing we've ever seen, but if he doesn't even try to show who he is, much less take pride in it, we get annoyed very easily.

Looks isn't the deciding factor for girls who have something on the ball. They want confidence, personality and humor. Looks may get thier attention, but won't hold it if there isn't any substance. CP&H on the other hand, just get deeper and better with exposure.

Confidence and personality are a definite must. Looks are decieving, so a girl has to go on other things. I know for one, the confidence my husband had when he first introduced himself to me was amazing. I can tell you that is one of the things that drew me to him, he was so confident, I was so impressed by him. I never knew a man could be so sexy just by showing confidence. But i loved it, and I still do.

well not to sound shallow but i think that looks always play a part at first - i mean would you really be attracted to someone that you couldnt stand to look at? personally if i were with a really hot guy who had no personality and no confidence and acted like a puppet on a string, i would drop him like hes hot!

YES!!! I'm nearly blind, so that's the first thing I notice about people. Looks really don't matter to me. You could have as much plastic surgery as you want, but that will never change your personality, if anything, making it more snobbish than usual.

depends on the girl. but for the most part, yes. confidence is really important. personality is, but if you're confident, your personality doesnt haveto be perfect.

your confidience and personality are the first things that can impress girls. but to keep up with a girl for long time you need to be honest, affectionate, open minded and optimistic
