what is the quickest way to lose weight and reduce fat?

Firstly eat a well-balanced diet.

With that established, cardio workout is your best and healthiest method for quickest weight loss and fat reduction.

So go run, hit the excercise bike, do some jumping jacks, etc.

COMPLETELY STOP FRIES and Sweets. I know its rly very hard. sweets atleast maybe twice or thrice a week but fries shud be completely banished from your appetite, so much so that you shud feel like vomiting when you smell oil and think of the amount of oil it must have soaked up to get fried. imagine all that sticky oil goes and sticks into your waist and hips and stomach and doesnt leave. Not worth it! Secondly, i agree with verat 1995. we tend to eat more without realising if we are infact full. eat only how much the STOMACH wants, not how much YOU want. you may already be full but still continue eating just to finish what is left in the vessel or just becos its tasty today. dont do it. ultimately you are the one who is paying the price. keep the food for tommorow, dont try to finish it all today. thirdly, jump a lot whenever you can, at home. just keep jumping, higher and higher. across the length of the body. not cycling(even cycling, if you have fat hips). All this will show results immediately. just watch! forthly, if you are an occasional drinker. STOP DRINKING. atleast for a month to start with. Biggest Difference. my husband lost 13 kgs only by stopping drinks and walking on sundays. (he is not even a beer drinker but a whiskey drinker cos we generally feel only beer puts on weight, others dont.) and i lost 7 kgs. by eating less and no fries and less sweets and jumping. once you reduce a bit and see the diference you will want to continue the regime yourself. and want to drink less. what i follow costs nothing, infact saves money and has shown results too!

The quickest way to lose weight is to stop eating, drink LOTS of water and pump up your excersize, although this isnt the healthiest but it sure works.

Diet and exercise.

I lost a ton of weight by eating only fish and chicken. I ate that for lunch. Here was my diet:

Breakfast- 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack- 1/2 cup of fruit

Lunch- Fish or chicken (size of your hand), 1/2 cup of veggies

Snack- 1/2 cup of fruit

Eat NO PROTIEN after 2 pm

Between 2-6 pm- A Cup of low fat yogart, or 2 cheese sticks

EAT NOTHING AFTER 6 PM

WITHIN 1 MONTH OF BEING LOYAL TO THIS DIET (THIS DIET WAS GIVING TO ME FROM A BODY WRAP SPA) I LOST 25 LBS. GOOD LUCK.

DON'T FORGET TO EXCERCISE AN HOUR A DAY. I ONLY DID FOR 1/2 HOUR A DAY AND STILL HAD GREAT RESULTS.

it's not necessary for you to starve in order to lose weight. just eat small quantities of food several times a day- like 5 times, preferably not at fixed times. also eat food low in calories and move a lot- walk, do some jogging. never sleep during the day and try to sleep only maximum 6 hours per night.
don't try pills or crush diets, they are dangerous and may disturb your body's balance.

the quickets way is to run, preferably outdoors instead of in gym.
Also try to eat more vegetarian.
Start by running as much as you can and gradually increase it to upto 3-5 miles at a time. Everytime u run , run a little bit longer.

eat healthy foods no junk foods, no soda's drink 8 glass's of water a day and do walking or go to a gym..but you need to take it slow to lose weight either wise when you stop dieting you'll put it all back...good luck with it

before starting any serious changes in lifestyle, talk to you dr. you may not like what he says....*i usually don't*
just remember...there's a lot of junk out there, a lot of quick fixes, it's not for real. be careful and good luck

change you net calorie intake. fastest way=
0 intake (no food) - 3500 calories (jogging and daily activites) = - 1 lb..
I don't reconmending not eating though : (
