You need to start drinking at least 6 glasses of water everyday! Then you can loose that gained weight with ease! Exercise and diet also help, too!

The average person gains around 7 pounds over the Holiday season Thanksgiving to New years. just go back to healthy eating and exercise it will come back off

i did no longer benefit any weight over thanksgiving..could be a distinctive tale however, with Christmas. I bake a lot of cookies and candy treats then. My saving grace is I provide maximum of it away. My husband and toddlers usually end off what we save, thank goodness :)

You don't normally eat like that so the weight will disappear on its own as you resume your usual food choices.
We had a zillion Thanksgiving support challenges at the Kimkins.com site and it really helped the members stay focused.

Lol don't worry. It's just 4 pounds. I lost weight over Thanksgiving because I spent it with my fiance and we had sex like 4 times a day. Great excercise!

um.......................wow must have been lots of food there i pigged out and havnt gained but thats cause i pigged out healthy and i had honey instead of cake and i exercised..................just jog 3 miles or swim 21 laps a day its ok its just 4 lbs bet you dont look much different.. your body shape is the same just the numbers switched around a bit

honestly dont worry about it at all. Its ok to relax and eat bad now and then..... your body will go back to normal once you start eating the way u use to....
