Tell him you only need a slave to do your bidding and that a slave never speak when not talked to. The same goes for visiting, he should sleep by your door and only enter when summoned

Tell him that you're busy during the day and would prefer some advance knowledge before he comes over. You can't drop everything on the spot to be with him.

If he isn't allowed to do that then he's not really your boyfriend. If any girl I was involved with said something like that to me, I'd consider it an invitation to screw whomever I wanted, whenever I wanted, because our relationship was limited, temporary, and disposable.
