A person's blood sugar level changes throughout a day. Typically, the morning figures are the lowest as you have not eaten for 8 hours or longer. After you eat a meal, it goes up and reach a peak in about 1 to 2 hours, then it gradually drops. The peak may be 140. Some people exhibit what is called "dawn effect" in which morning figures are actually higher. This is because your body knows you'll be waking up and will need energy. So it will regulate your blood sugar higher in anticipation of you waking up. After you exercises, the sugar level will drop as it was spent as energy.

I don't understand rest of your question. Most people who are NOT diabetic should fall in general range of 80 to 140, no higher, no lower, unless one eats extreme amount of sugary food. But no two people are exactly alike. Even the same individual reacts slightly differently everyday.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

A person with a normal pancreas automatically regulates their blood sugar by automatic dispursement of insulin and their cells ability to use that insulin.

Type 1 diabetics don't produce little or no insulin
Type 2 diabetics can't use the insulin they produce

Type 1 is an autoimmune condition and you can't prevent it. Type 2 is the type triggered by obesity and can be prevented. We have many diabetics at the Kimkins diet site because we're low carb.

the sugar goes up after meals and within two hours of a meal should not be higher than 140. if you check it fasting (no eating from midnight to around 8am) it should be 90 t0 120. if it checks 125 three days in a row you're diabetic
