Yes. You commit a crime in the US, you will be tried for the crime in the US. And once the trial is over and if found guilty, the punishment is served, they will be deported.

Any one from anywhere who commites murder & is convicted & searves their sentice will be deported if illegal. We also will deport them to another country if they ask for them for commiting crimes in their country.
