I know of a few people that have burned to death in auto accidents. One was a cousin. I also know that several people die
from falling asleep with cigarettes and burn to death. Sad either
way, or how ever it happens.

In most cases, if awake, they are somehow trapped and can not escape.
In many cases, they may be asleep and overcome by the smoke.
Most actually die from smoke inhalation & burn afterwards.

There is such a thing as internal combustion, although I am not sure if it is entirely true. Look up INTERNAL COMBUSTION on the internet to get a better understanding.
