I cant even hold em they bite like lil monsters, what do i do?

It's take a little longer sicne there older, but yes.
Since of all, they can tell when your mad, and happy, so be calm and happy when you do this.
Take the bird in a room where they can't see anything that they could see from there cage. Once you've found your place, just make sure there isn't tanything there that can hurt your bird. Just keep on petting it and talking to it in very soft words, and if it tries to bite you, gently say no, in a gentle voice. With every bite, raise your voice a tad bit. WWhen the bird bites you, don't wave you hand around or thunk the bird on the head.
Depending on your bird, it might take a little while.
My friends bird took a little over an hour of playing with it till I got it to stop biteing, while some of my birds took up to a month.
My baby budgies, who nibbles, were only allowed to nibble on my fingernails, and they took about 5 minutes each.

Wow, I had parakeets when I was young for many years. They never bit me. You could try bringing a treat so they will relate food with your hand.

yes they can becasuse when u get them young thats when they can be trained.
