I live in Louisiana, and down here people always use there name for their hair salon. I want to be different and unique. Please help me!

I was going to say "(Your Name) Salon" until I read the rest of your question. Gimmicky salon names abound here!

But:

You might try going to on-line Yellow Pages for different cities and seeing what looks good. Personally, I like:

Maybe you should choose a name that tells people something about a specialty you offer (ie: if you specialize in hair coloring = ColorZone)

Other options are to name your salon for your location so people will find you more easily (ie: if your address is 313 Main St= 313 Salon or if you are in a particular area like Manor Oaks, call it Manor Oaks Salon and Spa)
