I know how you feel. My daughter turns three four days before Christmas. It can be stressful trying to find a gift! My daughter is really into Dora right now. You can get an 18" Dora doll for under $20, plus they make a bunch of outfits for under $10.
There are a lot of movies that are popular with the toddlers- My daughter loves Over the Hedge, Toy Story, Little Mermaid. Disney also make a Little Mermaid playset that comes with figures and a play area for $35.00
Does she like to play dress up? I got my daughter a doctor dress up outfit and a medical bag with pretend doctor tools. It was $15 from JCPenney. There are also dress up sets you can get on Amazon for under $25.00.
You could always put together a box of books. Little Bear books, Little Critter, etc are so much fun to read. I do almost all of my shopping online. I love to use Amazon.com. Free shipping over $25 and no sales tax! Good luck!!!!!

Books! From amazon or scholastic. 3 year olds also love arts and crafts type of things so maybe to to Michaels or AC Moore website and look at the crayola kits. Water colors, sparkly crayons, scented markers, gel pens, etc.
Toys R Us is a great site to order toys.
A good idea is a view finder. The new view finders make sounds and they can get all kinds of cool slides to put in. They make great little stocking stuffers too. They also have a cool projector that projects the images up onto the wall. EAsy to use.
Polly Pocket. A kids CD, Candy Land board game, baby stroller and baby doll, Littlest Pet Shop, Puzzles. Melissa and Doug make very nice wooden toys!
Good luck!

Do you've a tent? Set it up interior the front room. Have video clips, playing cards, and so on. bypass to interest foyer or Michaels and purchase countless instruments of distinct crafts for the girls to do. Then enable them roast marshmallows (warm dogs?) contained in the fireplace. Make it a campout birthday close eye get mutually. Or, you may have a hawaiian birthday get mutually. The props are all low priced at get mutually city. Make pina coladas (with a touch rum extract, no rum) that they could drink in alcohol glasses, with a slice of pineapple on the aspect and a touch umbrella. you may have coastline towels spread everywhere, and the girls can placed on swim suits (loopy yet exciting thinking the elements). Get everyone shades as a pick and provide fruit shishkebabs (with marshmallows), video clips, and misc crafts picked up from interest foyer. TX mom

How about a personalized book? Kids love to hear their name in the story. Go to this website http://www.tlc-expressions.com They have lots of titles to choose from like Ballerina Princess, Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, Mother Goose and so many more. My kids love the books I got for them, and they're very reasonably priced. Check it out!

I'm not sure of a website...but my 3 year old *LOVES* dress-ups. They sell these at any toy store or Walmart type store, so their websites should work. Little girls love to dress up like fairies and princesses. Heck, I still do.

I would get her a collection of children's christmas books that her parents could read to her. It will make her ready for Christmas.
The Christmas Alphabet by Robert Clarke is a great book she would enjoy.
