lol, No, I wouldn't be hurting the baby by squeezing its cheeks together really hard, I would do it very gently.

No. But watch out for Mom's reaction. She may not take too kindly to having some person messing with her baby.

No it is not a sin, but not very nice. some people think it's cute some people don't like it at all. I wouldn't do it.

no it's not a sin as long as the baby is related to you in some way. If the baby is not yours or related to you in anyway, then you should not do it.
