Of course they can -- it happens all the time. It might have to be a civil ceremony if either the minister or rabbi prefer not to perform the ceremony. Regardless of who performs it, the marriage is still recognized by all.
Many Christian women convert to Judaism -- their children are born Jews just the same as any other Jew. Many Christians seem to believe that Judaism has something to do with a bloodline. Not true.

finding one to marry them is hard but it happens all the time. they get married and one agrees to convert or they stay as they are. but if the mother is Jewish then the kids are automatically Jewish unless converted. but Jewish women marrying non Jewish men is looked down upon less than a Jewish man doing so

legally nobody can stop them, but according to both religions they should not get married and it would probably be difficult to find a priest or a rabbi who would marry them.
